Katherine Moses
Background
I received my bachelor's degree in interior design from Eastern Michigan University, graduating class of 2022. I have been in the industry for 3 years now. I have been at Mans for 1 year and 9 months so far.
Professional
As a Design Assistant at Mans, I play a key role in supporting our designers by coordinating appointments with homeowners and builders to discuss their upcoming projects. When clients visit our showroom, I welcome them with a friendly greeting and guide them toward the resources or displays they’re interested in, while answering any questions they may have about our Kitchen and Bath collections.
I continue to grow in my role by observing client meetings and contributing to design work following those appointments. I strive to build genuine connections with each client to better understand their style, preferences, and goals—allowing me to offer thoughtful suggestions that align with their vision.
Establishing these relationships is important to me because I want every client to feel confident and comfortable throughout the design process. I take pride in being personally invested in their home projects and aim to make their experience both enjoyable and inspiring.
Personal
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my creativity through baking and cooking. Expanding my culinary palette has brought me a lot of joy—especially when I get to share my creations with others. I also love spending time with friends visiting antique stores and local markets, where I find inspiration in unique pieces and timeless design. These hobbies reflect my appreciation for craftsmanship and detail, which I carry into my work with clients every day.
